Hi, I am Ashley and I am glad you are here! 

Like so many people I meet, I am a Colorado transplant, having relocated more than a decade ago with my family from the Southeast. I enjoy so much of what Colorado has to offer, including the outdoors, the food, and, most of all – the people!

People are my passion, and I firmly believe that good things happen when people are in healthy relationships with each other.

My life experience has taught me that we all go through hard seasons and challenging times, and investing in our own well-being - physically, mentally, and spiritually - usually results in more positive outcomes for ourselves. However, we need others we can depend on to help us get through the hard days – which is why I am here!

Combining my love for people and my desire for each of us to live fulfilling and satisfying lives drives me in my counseling practice. I meet each person where they are, whether struggling with depression, anxiety, relationships, trauma history, or other issues that impact mental health.
